Chikujee Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing and commercializing innovative next generation technologies and products. Under development are therapeutics utilizing small molecules, proteins, and nucleic acids, including RNAi gene silencing therapies based on Chikujees’ proprietary NanoBindi Technology. Chikujee is developing a range of innovative transfection and labeling research reagents with select partners.

This quick, robust technology is being used as an enabling platform that will provide first-in-class therapeutic treatments for cancer and other diseases. Chikujee is growing substantially and continues to build greater value in the company. The management and scientific teams are being augmented with leaders and experts in their fields. Chikujee has built a large and expanding pipeline of oncology drugs, which fuels the Company's internal drug development and partnering strategy.

The Company has four internal drug delivery engines funded through internal and grant support:

* BindiPRTM,  a controlled release delivery vehicle for target specific delivery of protein based therapeutics to produce a more effective drug for treatment with minimal side effects.

* BindiNATM, a controlled release delivery vehicle for target specific delivery of nucleic acid based therapeutics, RNAi, Oligos, gene therapy vectors etc., to provide effective disease specific treatment with minimal side effects.

* BindiSMTM for the cell specific delivery of small molecules like chemotherapy agents to the target site

* BindiGPTM a cell specific delivery of general purpose therapeutic agents to target tissues.

Nanobindi based siRNA inhibitory silencing complex (NanoRISC) is a targeted systemic siRNA delivery platform. Our proprietary polymer based core-shell formulation chemistry efficiently targets gene silencing complexes to specific cells and or organelles. As the NanoBindi based TSDV  attach to and enter the target cells, they respond to the remote cues provided by the cell to disassemble and release the active siRNA molecule. This technology is currently being optimized for liver and cancer tissues, and is actively being evaluated by select partners for research and clinical indications.
