Chikujee is developing an extensive pipeline of
disease specific Surface engineered nanobindi’s with
contrasting agents for MRI imaging which includes
further investigation with paramagnetic particles as
well as several other promising iron oxide
candidates. Key focus areas include an extensive
array of Engineered nanobindis containing MRI
contrasting agent candidates for ultrasensitive
detection of cancer. The multifunctional surface
engineered nanoparticles (SENP) are used not only
for diagnostics but can be used for clinical
monitoring of various cancer biomarkers during drug
development studies.

Product Engine: CHIKITSĂ
Chikujee Research has developed an extensive
pipeline of innovative products which include
Paclitaxel and Docetaxel as well as several
other promising drug candidates. Key focus areas
include an extensive array of oncology drug
candidates and a developing cardiovascular
portfolio. The following candidates are part of
Chikujee's accelerating pipeline.
Chikujee Therapeutics has chosen to work initially
on building its pipeline with marketed blockbuster
compounds that have been known for their undesirable
side effects. The Company has four internal drug
delivery engines funded through internal and grant
support:
 BindiPRTM,
a controlled release delivery vehicle for target
specific delivery of protein based therapeutics to
produce a more effective drug for treatment with
minimal side effects.
BindiNATM,
a controlled release delivery vehicle for target
specific delivery of nucleic acid based
therapeutics, RNAi, Oligos, gene therapy vectors
etc., to provide effective disease specific
treatment with minimal side effects.
BindiSMTM
for the cell specific delivery of small molecules
like chemotherapy agents to the target site
BindiGPTM
a cell specific delivery of general purpose
therapeutic agents to target tissues.
