Chikujee’s targeted therapeutics is designed to deliver desired therapeutic molecules to diseased cell in biomarker-specific active delivery (Zip code specificity). Examples for applications include targeted delivery to breast, ovarian, prostate or pancreatic cancer cells. The modular capability of surface functionalization of Nanobindi enables targeted delivery of same therapeutic molecule to heterogeneous cells in the same tumor. For example, chemotherapeutic taxols can be delivered to breast tumor cells that have Her2/Neu, ER or PR receptors by attaching appropriate antibodies to those biomarkers.
