At Chikujee Therapeutics, we are
developing an entirely new class of
personalized medicines that provide
a cancer cell-specific detection
and/or a tumor marker-specific
targeted therapeutic and cancer
monitoring capabilities to
healthcare professional. The
diagnostics, therapeutic and
monitoring capabilities are
non-invasive and extremely
patient-friendly.
Chikujee’s proprietary Aayush
(Aayush™) platform creates a new
paradigm in multifunctional
therapeutics development, enabling
completely new detection, targeted
therapeutic and clinical monitoring
applications with significantly
improved efficacy and safety
profiles.
Aayush Technology platform uses
proprietary
NanoBindi-multifunctional synthetic
nanoparticles with core-shell
architecture that provides
§
Simplicity of Design

Lower tactical risk-development,
manufacturing, regulatory approval
as well as investment
§
Meaningful barriers for competition

New level of adoption by patients
Products developed with Aayush
Platform technology can be developed
and approved faster for the
following reasons:
Chikujee’s Aayush™ platform
technology enables innovative
diagnostic, targeted therapeutic and
clinical monitoring product
applications and functionalities.
The company has created three
distinct product engines:
Cancer-specific detection, targeted
therapeutic and biomarker specific
clinical monitoring.
Cancer-specific Detection:
Cell-specific probes that are
customized
to a wide array of relevant cancer
biomarkers, including small
molecules, peptides,
oligosaccharides, and proteins.
These personalized probes can target
cancer cell-specific biomarkers for
ultra-sensitive detection in either
an in vitro or in vivo detection
system. Examples for applications
include all types of cancer types.
targeted therapeutics
are designed to deliver desired
therapeutic molecules to diseased
cell in biomarker-specific active
delivery (Zip code specificity).
Examples for applications
include targeted delivery to breast,
ovarian, prostate or pancreatic
cancer cells. The modular capability
of surface functionalization of
Nanobindi enables targeted delivery
of same therapeutic molecule to
heterogeneous cells in the same
tumor. For example, chemotherapeutic
taxols can be delivered to breast
tumor cells that have Her2/Neu, ER
or PR receptors by attaching
appropriate antibodies to those
biomarkers.
Clinical monitoring of cancer
biomarkers:
Using an approach that is similar to
detection, the same cancer
biomarkers can be monitored by
monitoring the intensity of the
nanoparticles within the tumors by
non-invasive methods like MRI.
Examples of applications include
monitoring of ER specific nanobindi
probe to monitor the clinical
efficacy of treatment by MRI.
