- Brightly glowing nanoparticle with Core-Shell Architecture

NanoBindisTM are fluorescent nanoparticles that have a fluorescent dye as a core in a silica shell to ensure photostability, low cytotoxicity and high sensitivity for biological applications.

The Multifunctional NanoBindis with core-shell architecture have been customized for four major classes of therapeutic payloads:

*     BindiPRTM,  a controlled release delivery vehicle for target specific delivery of protein based therapeutics to produce a more effective drug for treatment with minimal side effects.

* BindiNATM, a controlled release delivery vehicle for target specific delivery of nucleic acid based therapeutics, RNAi, Oligos, gene therapy vectors etc., to provide effective disease specific treatment with minimal side effects.

* BindiSMTM for the cell specific delivery of small molecules like chemotherapy agents to the target site

* BindiGPTM for the cell specific delivery of general purpose therapeutic agents to target tissues.

This innovative approach will enable personalized management of cancer and provide an integrated protocol for diagnosis and follow up that is so important in management of cancer in patients.
